We accept cancellation requests up to 2 hours post order confirmation. Any prepaid amount will be refunded if the cancellation is made within 2 hours post confirmation.
We accept returns requests up to 24 hours post delivery.
We take the utmost care to provide the best products to our customers. However if you find that the products are damaged or have any quality issues, immediately report this to the delivery staff and/or our customer support team. We will replace it for you within 12 working hours.
In case of damaged products, refunds will be initiated if the request is placed within 24 hours post delivery and a replacement has not been requested.
Please provide supporting images in case of a damaged product.
Any claims thereafter would not be entertained.
Any product that has been consumed will not be accepted back and a refund may not be generated for it.
